Hoang Den (Black Hoang), this grubby little man has done a Law Clerk diploma in Australia. He implies to the Vietnamese community he is a Lawyer. He has worked as a migration consultant and used this trusted position for his own advantage.

From our investigations he has another wife and a daughter in Vietnam. He left them for Anh. Hoang and Anh committed a large robbery in Vietnam and as the Police were after them they ran away to Australia to escape prosecution by the Vietnamese Authorities. They changed thier date of births when they came to Australia thus effectively changing thier identities.

They are nothing more than criminals, their sons know their secret (they must be proud of their parents !) as do all their family. They used their criminal skills to rip of millions of dollars from the Vietnamese community in Richmond.
