This lady has gained the trust of the Vietnamese Community. She was trusted with their most valuable asset (their children). Working in child care, she started in a small way running group banking and eventually started UTOPIA Travel in Richmond. Her banking business grew bigger and bigger, she eventually became so tainted by the money she spent it as it were her own. She will do anything for her family she has sponsored them all to Australia, bought them houses all with your money. She has borrowed money from the elderly and has destroyed their lives. This is not Lan Anh's real date of birth it is really 15-05-54 why did she change her birth date ? Because she escaped from Vietnam to avoid being caught by the Vietnamese authorities.
